Position: Journeyman Electrician
Locations: Brownsville, TX | Port Isabel, TX

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Dress Code: Shirt, jeans, steel-toe boots

Job Location Details:
Work will be based in Brownsville and Port Isabel. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience at the journeyman or apprentice electrician level in commercial settings
• Proficient in using hand tools, electrical meters, and testing equipment
• Knowledge of sizing conductors and conduits, and familiarity with the NEC Code Book
• Experience working with low to high voltage systems (up to 480 VAC)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
• Skilled in installing electrical equipment and modifying circuits
• Capable of creating parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field walkthroughs
• Ability to produce as-built drawings for completed work
• Strong understanding of job site safety, including hazard evaluation and pre-task planning with emphasis on electrical safety procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Licenses:

• Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License (required at time of interview)

Languages:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
