We are looking for a Process Operator for one of our clients who will support the manufacturing process by operating production, packing, and packaging equipment; handling raw materials; and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Operate production, packing, and packaging machinery
Retrieve raw materials and prepare them for production
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow production schedules and instructions accurately
Assist with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting
Learn and master the operation of various production machines
Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
