Overview

A leading plastic manufacturing facility in East Mesa is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians II to join its production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load small plastic materials into machines and ensure consistent material flow.
• Perform visual inspections of parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with basic assembly and support other production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred — training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
