Machine Operator – Printing (Entry-Level, Paid Training)
Location: Morgantown
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time

A growing printing company is hiring a Machine Operator to join their production team. This role is also known as a Binder Operator—but no prior printing experience is needed. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, warehouse, or any hands-on role, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor production machines to complete print jobs
• Load materials and keep machines running efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus
• Comfortable working with machines and hand tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
• Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment
