2nd & 3rd Shift / Ink Mixer (Machine Operator) – $20–$22/hr + Shift Differential | Weekly Pay | Edwardsville, KS

Looking for reliable, hardworking individuals for 2nd and 3rd shift Ink Mixer positions. This is a hands-on machine operator role in a fast-paced ink manufacturing environment. Great opportunity for someone who is dependable, can handle physical work, and is open to learning in a messy but rewarding production setting.

Schedule & Pay: • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (+$1.00/hr shift differential) • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (+$1.50/hr shift differential) • Base Pay: $20/hr (no exp.) → $21/hr (with exp.) → $22/hr upon hire • Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities: • Mix and blend inks using various sized mixers (including Flexo mixers) • Weigh raw ingredients and prepare batches per specifications • Operate and maintain mixing equipment • Perform quality checks on finished ink • Clean machines and work area (messy environment) • Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials • Follow strict safety procedures

Requirements: • 2+ years stable work history in manufacturing, machine operation, food production, or mixing • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work • Forklift experience preferred (will train) • Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance • Humble, hungry, and smart attitude (training provided) • Comfortable working in a messy industrial environment
