The Dispatcher supports daily merchandise and appliance deliveries by coordinating independent contractor carriers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in a fast‑paced call center environment.
Provide administrative and operational support for daily delivery activities.
Communicate operational issues and customer escalations promptly and drive timely resolutions.
Answer a high volume of calls, screen inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Deliver strong customer service while managing dispatch and routing functions.
Monitor delivery routes and maintain communication with delivery teams throughout the day.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Maintain accurate records through detailed data entry and documentation.
Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to support overall operational success.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong computer proficiency, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent data entry accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, customer‑focused, and strong in time management.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Standard schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Flexibility required at times based on business needs
Fully in‑office position (no remote or hybrid options)
