Job Title: Packaging Technician
Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining filling and packaging equipment to ensure products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently for shipment and sale.
Key Responsibilities
Operate filling and packaging equipment according to established procedures
Monitor production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues as needed
Maintain accurate production and packaging records
Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
Qualifications
Previous packaging, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
