Job Title: Experienced Meat Cutter

Do you know your way around a brisket? Can you break down a roast faster than most people can say “ribeye”? We’re looking for a seasoned meat cutter who’s not afraid to get a little messy and a lot precise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Slicing, dicing, trimming, and portioning like a pro
• Keeping the meat case looking sharp (and the knives even sharper)
• Helping customers find the perfect cut for their grill, stew, or mystery meatloaf
• Following food safety rules like your reputation depends on it—because it does
• Lifting heavy things and looking cool while doing it

What You Bring:

• Experience with meat cutting (this isn’t your first rodeo)
• A steady hand, a sharp eye, and ideally, sharp tools
• The ability to talk chuck roast and tenderloin with equal enthusiasm
• A friendly attitude and a willingness to help customers and teammates alike
• Bonus points if you can tell a good butcher joke (but not required)
