Lead Mixer Assembly Technician (2nd Shift) Pay: $25.50/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00pm -2:30am Position Overview: Hands-on lead role supporting the Second Shift Foreman. Responsible for assisting with daily production, leading assembly technicians, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Support and guide assembly team during production Help meet daily/weekly build targets Assemble mixer components and complete units Perform electrical testing and basic troubleshooting Ensure quality standards are met on all builds Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Assist with training new team members Operate forklift as needed Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to lead or support a team in a production setting Strong work ethic and attention to quality and safety Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus Call 970-353-8430 or apply online: expresspros.com
