Job Title: Senior HR Representative $80,000-$95,000

Location: Fargo, ND Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: We are a dynamic, privately-owned manufacturing and services company in the Fargo area, looking to bring a Senior HR Representative onto our team. This role is designed for succession, with a clear trajectory toward the HR Director position within the next year. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team, gain comprehensive insights into our operations, and gradually take charge of the entire HR function. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, compliance, and everyday HR functions.
• Spearhead and assist with recruitment and interviewing processes to attract quality candidates.
• Oversee payroll procedures, including management of variable compensation and commission structures.
• Partner with leadership to create and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives.
• Foster trust and collaboration across all organizational levels, from frontline staff to executives.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that all details are addressed.
• Contribute to the overall HR strategy while preparing to transition into the Director role.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Comprehensive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and compliance.
• Proven track record in leading or significantly contributing to recruitment efforts.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and variable compensation systems.
• Familiarity with ESOP structures or insights into employee-owned company models is helpful.
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle various priorities without oversight.
• A genuine interest in advancing into a leadership position and managing the HR function long-term.
