Technician Assistant – 1st and 2nd shifts ($19/hour-$21/hour) – Holland, MI

A growing manufacturing company in Holland, MI is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Technician Assistant (also referred to as Electronic Assembler) to join their team on 1st and 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, organized facility performing hands-on tasks with electrical assembly, testing, and battery refurbishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use hand tools and machinery to refurbish/reflash batteries

  • Receive, disassemble, test, and reassemble battery components

  • Perform quality checks to ensure proper assembly and function

  • Follow safety and production procedures in a fast-paced environment

Position Highlights:

  • $19-$21/hr starting pay

  • No heavy lifting required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • 3 years of consistent work history with one employer

  • Forklift experience is highly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Willingness to work overtime when required

Pay & Schedule:

  • Hourly Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour

  • Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm or Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm

  • Overtime: Must be available for OT before or after shift as needed
