Salary: $75,000-$80,000

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Compliance Supervisor to oversee HR operations, payroll, DOT compliance, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a professional with strong HR, safety compliance, and employee relations experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and manage benefits administration and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain Driver Qualification Files, drug & alcohol testing programs, and ELD log compliance
  • Coordinate safety training and vehicle compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative and customer support, assist with office operations, and support finance as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and compliance/safety, preferably in transportation or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
  • Experience with payroll systems, HR records, and compliance tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office systems
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
