What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the second shift production team
• Make sure daily production goals are met
• Keep the shop safe, clean, and organized
• Monitor workflow and solve production issues quickly
• Adjust staffing and tasks as needed during the shift
• Track production numbers and report shift performance
• Communicate with leadership about staffing, materials, and production needs
• Ensure all work meets quality standards

What You Need:

• Experience in manufacturing or production
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of shop safety and operations
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and organization skills
• Willingness to work hands-on with the team
