Second Shift Foreman Pay: $35–$40/hour Reports To: Director of OperationsLocation: Ault, CO – On-site, Full-Time Position Overview: The Second Shift Foreman is responsible for overseeing safe, organized, and efficient production during second shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on meeting production goals, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily production plans and meet output targets Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust labor as needed Enforce all safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture Maintain a clean, organized shop (5S standards) Supervise, direct, and support second shift employees Track production metrics and report shift performance Communicate with leadership regarding staffing, materials, and production issues Ensure work meets established quality standards Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing or production environments Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of shop operations and safety practices Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to be hands-on on the shop floor Working Conditions: Manufacturing shop environment Second shift, on-site role Call 970-353-8430!!! or Apply online @expresspros.com
