Residential Estimator

Located in Fargo, ND

Job Title: Residential Estimator | $70,000-$80,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for residential projects, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to develop project budgets.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Assess and evaluate bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, methods, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of project timelines and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a residential estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficient in estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
