Lamination Technician

Salary: $18.00

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Lamination Technician. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with hands-on experience in production environments and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Pay Rate : 

• 18.00/hour

Work Schedule : 

• Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Benefits : 

• Advancement into lead technician or specialized production roles
• Cross-training in additional departments (finishing, assembly, logistics)
• Potential for permanent hire and pay increases after evaluation period

Key Responsibilities : 

• Measure, cut, and laminate materials using take-off sheets to precise specifications
• Operate table saws and production equipment to fabricate office furniture components
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet dimensional and visual standards

Skills and Experience Required : 

• Ability to read and interpret take-off sheets and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Manufacturing, woodworking, or production experience preferred
• Experience operating table saws or similar equipment strongly preferred
• Forklift experience (sit-down) a plus

Education Requirements : 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
