Job Duties Include:

  • Manage internal product and supply orders
  • Review pricing, verify invoices, and ensure order accuracy
  • Track orders from placement through delivery
  • Communicate with vendors regarding shipments, delays, and scheduling
  • Maintain vendor accounts and office purchasing records
  • Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and scheduling logistics
  • Provide customer and client updates as needed
  • Troubleshoot order issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and office documentation
  • Assist with invoicing and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online
  • Provide general administrative assistant and office support duties

Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

  • Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, purchasing, logistics, or customer service
  • QuickBooks Online experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking ability
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
