Job Title: Event Custodian – PGA Tour (Philadelphia Area)

Job Summary:
We are hiring friendly, dependable Event Custodians to support operations during a PGA Tour event in the Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in keeping spaces clean while also interacting positively with guests. You’ll help maintain a professional, welcoming environment across event grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, walkways, seating areas, and common spaces throughout the event
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Monitor assigned areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, and presentable
• Respond promptly to spills or sanitation needs
• Provide directions and basic assistance to guests in a courteous, professional manner
• Work closely with event staff to support smooth daily operations
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and event guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills – must be a people-person and comfortable interacting with guests
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code:

• Khaki or black pants required
• No purses permitted; only crossbody bags or fanny packs allowed
• Clean, presentable appearance at all times

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Sunday
• Morning (AM) and Afternoon shifts available

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Clean background check
• Must pass a drug screening

Work Environment:

• Outdoor event setting with exposure to varying weather conditions
• High-traffic environment with large crowds
