Located in Fayetteville, NC
We’re seeking a Scheduler to coordinate production timelines and delivery schedules in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. You’ll work with production, design, dispatch, and customers to keep orders moving smoothly from release to delivery.
Schedule production based on capacity, priorities, and material readiness
Plan deliveries and coordinate with drivers and jobsites
Track orders and update internal systems
Communicate schedule changes with internal teams and customers
Help resolve delays or conflicts quickly
Experience in manufacturing scheduling, logistics, or construction coordination
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
ERP/scheduling software experience (MiTek/Alpine a plus)
