Our client in Maryland Heights has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Operations Material Handler on 1st shift. This role goes beyond basic warehouse work - you'll be hands-on with inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping functions, with a path to a customer-facing driver role after 90 days.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a stand-up reach forklift, including a deep reach truck, safely at height
• Hand-checking and verifying inventory for accuracy
• Picking and packing orders using an RF scanner
• Supporting shipping and receiving tasks as needed
• Using a Windows-based computer system for order and inventory management

To Be Considered

• Stand-up reach forklift experience required; deep reach truck experience a strong plus
• RF scanner experience required
• Comfortable working at heights
• Prior delivery and/or customer-facing experience of some kind
• Clean driving record required - driver responsibilities begin after 90-day evaluation
• Proficient on a Windows-based computer platform
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
