Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Patient Care Coordinator position for a Tyler company!
We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Provide top-notch client and customer service as the primary point of contact
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients in a professional manner
• Manage advisors’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Set up conference rooms for meetings, including coordinating lunches
• Take notes during meetings and assist with follow-ups as needed
• Stock office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
• Run occasional errands to support office operations

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous administrative assistant or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Pay Range: $21/hour
• Benefits: Eligible for benefits upon permanent hire
