Pay: $22/hour+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Inside Technician to support daily shop operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive or tire industry. Training will be provided, but candidates should have some basic familiarity with tires or vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tire mounting, balancing, and repairs
• Support technicians with shop workflow and daily operations
• Inspect tires and identify wear or damage
• Maintain inventory and keep the shop organized
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly
• Follow company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge or exposure to tires or automotive work preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
