We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, and planning across U.S. and Canadian operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and decision‑making
• Analyze financial statements, margins, CAPEX, and balance sheet activity
• Review P&L and balance sheet variances and resolve discrepancies
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Develop financial models for CAPEX, M&A, growth initiatives, and restructures
• Monitor inventory health, working capital, and WIP activity
• Support month‑end close and flash reporting
• Serve as liaison between operations, accounting, and GL teams
• Assist with ad‑hoc finance projects and reporting
• Travel between U.S. and Canada as required

Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A or Accounting experience (required)
• 3+ years forecasting experience (required)
• Intermediate–advanced Excel skills
• Hyperion, and SmartView experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, strong communicator
• Leadership potential with stable work history
