Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Mississauga, is seeking a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

Process and enter customer orders received via email, EDI, and phone
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, promotions, and shipping updates
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Investigate and resolve customer issues and discrepancies
Set up and maintain customer information in the ERP system
Provide additional administrative and customer support as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of B2B customer service experience
Fluent in French and English (spoken, written, and reading)
Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
3+ years of experience supporting customers in the Quebec market
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
