Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse / Forklift Operator to join our team in Shreveport. This role involves operating forklifts to move materials, handling shipping/receiving duties, and performing general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be safety-focused, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely

• Pick and stage orders for shipment

• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages/damages

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues

• Assist with general labor and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Proven forklift operating experience required

• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
