Key Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials and operate assigned machinery according to established work instructions to ensure efficiency and high-quality output
• Accurately track and document daily production counts and performance metrics
• Perform visual quality inspections to verify product standards and determine acceptability
• Assemble, package, and label finished products according to specifications
• Stage and secure completed goods for safe transportation and shipment
• Communicate any safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to the Production Manager or Group Leader
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and tracking production
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
