• Assist in the production and manufacturing of sinks
• Lift, move, and position materials throughout the facility
• Work as part of a team to safely handle items over 70 lbs (team lifts required)
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Follow production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency
• Complete tasks with a focus on quality and safety standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting from waist height to shoulder height or higher
• Team lifting required for heavier materials
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment

Training & Safety

• Hands-on training: Each new hire will shadow an experienced team member
• Safety boots required (steel toe or composite toe)
• Employer provides:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
