We are hiring CIP (Clean-In-Place) Production Workers / Feed Line Operators for a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment. The CIP/Feed Line is the core of production operations, making this a critical role for keeping production moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and feed materials into the production line to ensure proper cleaning and processing
• Load plastic bin components onto conveyor systems
• Inspect products for quality, cleanliness, and defects
• Perform sanitation duties, including bleaching and disinfecting equipment
• Package and prepare materials for shipment
• Deburr product bases as needed
• Assist in various production tasks across the facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience required
• Recent manufacturing, production, or industrial experience (within 6 months)
• Prior leadership or training experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
