Client Support Coordinator

Located in Verona, WI

Salary: $40-50k

We are seeking a Client Support Coordinator to join our clients team in Verona! They are a growing financial advisory firm. Your primary job duties are to:

• Maintain reception area and conference rooms
• Answer phones and greet clients and other visitors
• Respond to client requests with a high degree of accuracy and outstanding customer service
• Determine which issues require immediate elevation to the Financial Advisor or management
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule and confirm client review meetings
• Prepare for client review meetings, including data entry and creation of reports
• Prepare, process, scan, and file paperwork and ensure new business and account maintenance is processed successfully
• Prepare and maintain internal reports to meet deadlines
• Send periodic client correspondence and follow up with clients as needed
• Assist with the preparation of and attend client events to maintain relationships
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

A successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• High level of problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage highly confidential information and execute independent judgement
• Understand and adhere to all relevant compliance policies, procedures, and regulations
• Accept responsibility for personal development through training, collaboration, and teamwork
• Strong verbal and written communication, including strong telephone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and a basic understanding of a contact management system

Qualifications:

• Experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role (strongly preferred)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a notary role

 

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday-Friday business hours
