Thermoform/Plastics Shift Lead M-F 9:30 pm – 5:30 am

Located in Kalamazoo, MI

• Shift: 3rd shift; M-F 9:30 pm – 5:30 am; every other Saturday is mandatory (right now) and the other Saturday is optional
  • Pay: $24-$28/hr (includes a $2/hr shift differential and a $2/hr lead differential)
  • Job Duties
  • Become SME on thermoforming line.
  • Manage setups, changeovers and new mold trials.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and activities of production employees.
  • Troubleshoot thermoforming machines.
  • Support/recommend continuous improvement activities.
  • Train/mentor current and new employees.
  • Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years operating thermoforming equipment preferred (experience with other plastic molding equipment is acceptable).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attitude, desire to learn, growth mindset.
