Bander 1st 6:00am–2:30pm

Located in Kalamazoo, MI

Shifts: 1st: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

• Pay: $17/hr
• Job Duties
• General labor on the slitter line.
• Apply side bands securely to coils.
• Apply bands to secure coils to skids.
• Build skids using lumber, table saw and nail gun.
• Help train/develop others on the slitting line
• Drive FL/crane as needed (Horizon will train)
• Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years, operating metal slitting machines, preferably 72" wide or similar.
• Must have basic reading, writing, math skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift, crane or desire to learn.
• Great attitude, desire to learn, growth mindset.
