In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service in a high-traffic environment
• Learn and apply postal service procedures and processes
• Assist customers with shipments, packages, and general inquiries
• Maintain accuracy with data entry and transactions
• Support team members with daily operations
• Handle medium to heavy lifting as needed
