Hotel Housekeeper

Location: Huntington, WV
Pay: $12 per hour
Schedule: Full-time. Weekend availability required.

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Hotel Housekeepers to join the team in the Huntington Area. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms and common areas to ensure an excellent experience for hotel guests.

Housekeepers play a critical role in hospitality by delivering a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards
Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and wipe down surfaces
Clean and disinfect bathrooms thoroughly
Restock guest room supplies and amenities
Remove trash and transport waste to disposal areas
Report maintenance issues or damages to management
Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

Ability to work independently and stay organized
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed
