Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (end times are based on project)
Pay: up to $40.00/HR
Duties:
Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
Complete both interior and exterior trim work with precision and attention to detail
Load materials, prepare job sites, and ensure all pre‑installation steps are completed
Break down, clean, and restore worksite areas to a safe and orderly condition
Maintain strong customer relations and deliver a high level of service on every project
Follow installation methods and direction provided by the lead installer
Clean, organize, and restock trucks and tools daily
Complete assigned work within the allotted time while maintaining quality craftsmanship
Assist fellow employees and support customers when needed
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and office staff
Uphold a “craftsman mentality,” prioritizing quality work over quantity
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in window and door installation or related carpentry/construction work
Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Professional, motivated, and reliable individual who takes pride in their work
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to a second story
Ability to work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
