Salary: $19/Hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Layout Technician to support the assembly and layout of mechanical components in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with fabricated parts, performing sub-assemblies, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and contributing to a high-quality finished product.

Pay: $19/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime on Fridays as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Perform sub-assembly and full assembly of products, including curved systems
• Layout, fabricate, and level assemblies according to specifications
• Test and calibrate assemblies to ensure proper function and tolerance levels
• Identify defects and make adjustments to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Track and report part shortages, quality issues, and production concerns
• Support production flow and help meet daily output goals
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
• Basic welding knowledge (MIG/TIG) or willingness to learn is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for timekeeping and systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
