• Train hands-on with a unique, “old-school” machine that requires skill and precision
• Manually tighten coils—this is detailed, focused work where quality is everything
• Use micrometers and calipers to ensure exact measurements
• Oversee production flow and maintain high-quality standards
• Work in a steady, repetitive environment where consistency is key
