Express Employment Professionals Specialized Recruiting Group is working with the CEO of a well-established systems integrator in the electronic security space to find a Director of Growth & Channel Sales for the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a full time direct hire position.

This is a strong opportunity for the right candidate—high visibility, true player-coach responsibility and the ability to build out a channel-driven growth engine across a key region.

This position is responsible for accelerating revenue growth across Eastern PA (Philadelphia metro), Southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland/Baltimore Metro, by building a repeatable sales engine, expanding channel partnerships, and driving both project/install revenue and recurring services (SaaS + managed services/SLAs).

This is a player-coach role—hands-on in the field, closing strategic deals while formalizing the sales process, CRM discipline and partner ecosystem to drive growth.

Required Qualifications
• Proven track record driving revenue growth in electronic security, SaaS security platforms, or low-voltage integration.
• Demonstrated success building channel partnerships and closing mid-market/enterprise deals.
• High discipline in CRM usage and forecasting cadence; datadriven operator.
• Proficiency with one or more systems such as Hikvision, Hanwah, Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Software House, 2N, Dormakaba, Honeywell, DSC, Luxor One or similar platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is up to $110,000 per year. In addition to a competitive base salary, we
