Glass Installer Helper / General Labor

Location: Clarkston, WA
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are hiring a reliable and motivated Glass Installer Helper to support a local company specializing in residential and commercial glass services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is comfortable working both in a shop and out in the field. You’ll assist experienced glaziers with installations, repairs, and deliveries while gaining valuable experience in the glass industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist installers with glass and aluminum work in the shop and in the field
- Help with window, door, and glass installations and repairs
- Load, unload, and move materials (team lift required for heavier items)
- Make deliveries of materials and products as needed
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Follow instructions from lead installers and work safely on job sites
- Support general shop duties and help where needed

Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently when needed
- Comfortable performing physical work and lifting heavy materials (team lift)
- Good attitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle use in the future)
