Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM

Join a team-focused production environment as a Truss Laborer! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and wants to grow with a company that values reliability, safety, and performance. You’ll play a key role in building structural components while working alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and pack trusses using hand and power tools
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs independently (team lift over 50 lbs)
- Support production using automated processes or tracking systems as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all PPE requirements and safety protocols
- Stand and walk for the duration of full shifts

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
- Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks throughout the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred
