Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM

We are hiring reliable and hard-working Production Workers / Machine Operators to join a local manufacturing team in Lewiston, ID. This company produces small metal parts like clips, brackets, and springs that are used in larger products. This is a great entry-level manufacturing opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Run and monitor machines that make small metal parts
- Load parts into machines and remove finished parts using both hands
- Check parts for quality and look for defects
- Keep machines running by staying on pace with production
- Move between work areas as needed to support the team
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow simple instructions and standard work processes
- Learn basic machine setup tasks over time
- Work with your team and communicate any problems or concerns

- Reliable and shows up on time

- Good hand coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable doing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is a plus (not required)
