Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 annually (DOE)

Express Employment is partnering with a family‑owned transport, security, and logistics company in Honolulu that is experiencing continued growth. They are seeking a General Manager to support ownership, streamline operations, and drive performance across multiple divisions.

As the General Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations and serve as the primary link between ownership and operational teams, ensuring company goals are clearly communicated and effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across armored transport, security, and logistics
Report directly to ownership/executive leadership
Manage five Operations Managers with indirect oversight of approximately 100 employees
Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance
Oversee fleet operations, maintenance planning, and vendor relationships
Support client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of leadership or operations management experience
Experience in transportation, logistics, security operations, or a related industry preferred
Strong customer service, client relations, and contract management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and operational priorities
Degree preferred, but not required
