Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for managing front desk activities, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. This position does not involve handling cash or processing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and general office coordination
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering when needed
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
