The 3D Printer Production Associate supports day-to-day additive manufacturing operations by operating, maintaining, and monitoring 3D printers to produce high-quality parts. This role is responsible for meeting production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor 3D printers according to production schedules
• Prepare print jobs, including loading materials and ensuring correct settings
• Remove printed parts and perform post-processing tasks such as support removal and basic finishing
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot common printing issues and report equipment or quality concerns
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of printers and work areas
• Accurately document production results, issues, and material usage
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and workplace policies
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts and support team production goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior manufacturing, production, or technical experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Willingness to learn new equipment, materials, and processes
