Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (32–40 hours/week)

Shift Options: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Textile Colorist to join a growing team for our client in Bannockburn, IL. This evaluation-to-hire role is perfect for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in gaining exposure to color development, fabric quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain color libraries, records, and daily color comments
• Validate color accuracy using spectrophotometer/spectrometer readings
• Manage lab dip approvals and provide color direction for bulk production
• Communicate color data and feedback with domestic and overseas mills
• Maintain Color Continuity Books, tracking charts, and dashboards
• Support PLM and color software systems
• Assist with fabric quality checks and organize physical samples
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

• Color/textile experience preferred but not required
• Experience with spectrophotometers, PLM systems, Excel, and Google Docs preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to visually assess color
• Organized, communicative, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a lab/office setting 32–40 hours per week
