Quality Control Technician

Located in San Clemente, CA

Salary: $25/Hr.

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Quality Control Technician (Laboratory Focus) for a manufacturing company located in San Clemente.

 

This position supports Quality Control operations with a strong emphasis on laboratory testing, microbiology, and documentation. The role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

 

Service Line: Evaluation to hire, Fulltime

Pay: $25/Hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

Responsibility:

•     Perform product specification testing (appearance, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, etc.)

•     Conduct microbiology testing (TAC, Yeast & Mold, and related methods)

•     Support environmental monitoring (sampling, plating, incubation, documentation,  trending)

•     Execute bulk hold and stability studies

•     Accurately document all results in accordance with GMP requirements

•     Review and approve data generated by other QC technicians

•     Maintain lab cleanliness and compliance

•     Coordinate with production and compounding teams for sampling

Requirements:

•     Prior laboratory experience required (cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or food  preferred)

•     Familiarity with GMP/cGMP environments

•     Strong attention to detail and documentation practices

•     Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

•     Good communication and teamwork skills
