Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Laborers for a reputable concrete production company. This is an entry-level opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and advancement. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, pour, and mold concrete products
• Assist with building wire cages and prepping molds
• Support machine operators with stamping, clamping, and binding
• Perform finishing work and quality control inspections
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Complete general labor and production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and working in a production setting
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Previous construction, carpentry, or concrete experience is a plus (not required)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
