Join our growing team as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting employees and leadership across the organization. This is a hands‑on position where no two days are the same—and your work truly makes an impact.

 

💼 About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily administration of HR functions and programs, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance. You’ll also serve as a welcoming front‑desk and administrative resource for employees, visitors, and leadership.

 

✅ What You’ll Do

• Support onboarding for new hires, seasonal rehires, and H‑2A employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data entry
• Provide front desk support: greet visitors, manage calls, and direct inquiries
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
• Process invoices accurately and on time
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain office and department supply inventories
• Coordinate company events and employee activities
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Support workplace safety by following established protocols

 

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and in‑person)
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR platforms
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

 

🎓 Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
• 1 year of HR, administrative, or payroll experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

 

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors, including office and greenhouse settings
• Lift or carry up to 30 lbs. occasionally
• Operate golf carts or bicycles as needed

 

💵 Pay Range and Benefits

$24.00 – $26.00 per hour
