A growing home services company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role focuses heavily on scheduling vendors and maintaining clear communication with both clients and service providers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate vendors for service appointments
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and vendors
  • Communicate updates, changes, and timelines clearly and professionally
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and daily scheduling logistics
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Track job progress and ensure all parties are informed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative, dispatch, or scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is a plus
