Residential Painter 

Schedule:
(9:00 AM – 3:00 PM each day)

Woodbridge, VA 

Project Overview:
We are seeking 2 skilled residential painters to assist with a short-term painting project involving occupied or vacant residential homes. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow direction while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching holes, caulking, priming as needed)

• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

• Ensure even coverage, straight lines, and clean finishes

• Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and landscaping using drop cloths, tape, and plastic coverings

• Mix and match paint to achieve consistent color and texture

• Follow project instructions and timelines to complete work within the scheduled hours

• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout and after completion

• Identify and report any surface issues or additional prep needs

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of residential painting experience

• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials

• Ability to cut clean lines and deliver quality finishes

• Comfortable working indoors and/or outdoors in varying conditions

• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to ~50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required

• Must bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Equipment & Materials:
All painting tools, equipment, and materials will be provided.

Work Environment:

• Residential homes (interior and/or exterior work)

• Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
