Payment Processor / Administrative Support – Property Management

(30-Day Temporary Assignment)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payment Processor to support a busy property management office on a 30-day temporary assignment. This role is primarily focused on processing payments and providing general administrative support in a back-office setting.

Position Overview:
The Payment Processor will handle daily financial transactions, including cash and check payments, while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily payments, including cash and checks
  • Handle bank returns and assist with payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Assist with data entry and file management
  • Support the team with additional office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office setting preferred
  • Experience handling payments, cash, or financial transactions is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Dependable and able to work independently in a back-office environment
