Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
  • Check in and check out patients while verifying demographic and insurance information
  • Maintain accurate records and organize front-desk documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth daily operations

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Background check required
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
